Santa Barbara Style Back Door 76x24.
This door has a functional to window. It appears to have been customized for the house both from the size and feature of the door.it has a great look with the top half being glass divided into 8 lights . It almost has a classic colonial look with the bottom half raised panel. The window opens inward with a twist latch and has been notched around the edges for a snug fit.I believe the door is from possible the late 30/40’ due to the hardware. It appears to be in overall good condition.I did notice some slight splintering to the bottom and a few separation cracks but nothing to major . The door is very solid. Tried to include all detail in the photos. There is a small dent that m the wood on the side also in the photos
