    Johnson Viking Matchbox Tuner Model 250-23. Old but still working fine.. Condition is "Used". Shipped with UPS.
    I am selling this old Johnson Viking Matchbox, model 250-23.  It is an old unit but still works just fine.  Can be used on 80, 40, 20, 15, and 10 meter bands.  Has relay for control of old tube type transmitters but works fine on modern transceivers without using the relay.  Must have an external SWR meter for tuning with the unit   Inside of unit looks real good with no evidence of any damage or arcing.  Can be used with up to about 150 watts of RF output.  Exterior is in fair condition.  There are some spots on the bottom left hand side of the front panel (see picture).  Rest of the cabinet looks good with a few scratches.  Original labeling has been cleaned off rear and replaced by a previous owner(see picture).  A copy of the operating manual will be included with the unit.  This old tuner uses link coupling which provides high efficiency in the tuning of long wire antennas or balanced transmission lines.  Unit will be shipped by UPS Ground to continental United States addresses only.
