Dutch Door 81 X 41 1/2

Solid wood Dutch door 1/4 x3/4 this is a very interesting door that has great character. We have never come across a Dutch door quite like this. This door has the top quarter separated from the bottom 3/4 usually when we come across Dutch doors they are 1/2 x1/2 which leads me to believe this door was custom-made for the clients request. This door measures in at a grand 81 x 41 1/2“. It is made to the top portion comfortably fits in Marry’s into the bottom portion with no gap. My favorite part about this door is how they have the mortise lock mounted to the outside of the door. This is a very old country style. I noticed that there is it’s small Nick in the wood on the exterior bottom portion and some slight cracking in the paint on the panels but the door is still very solid and heavy try to include all detail in the photos
