Description
This is a great door that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian theater.
It has a wood core wrapped in steel sheets with heavy industrial hardware
It measures 35.75
inches wide by 82.75 inches tall and 2 inches thick.
Overall, it is in good condition.  There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique.  It could use a good cleaning. The bottom is rusty and the metal is missing in places. There are a few nail and screw holes. We were not able to get the hardware from the door frames. There are light dents here and there. Please see the pictures carefully.

My salvage business was born of necessity in 1993 when I started restoring an old Victorian home that had seen better days. I needed doors, staircase parts, fireplace mantles and more, so I contacted the owners of a few local buildings that were scheduled for demolition. I found and purchased all of the things that I needed for my project and lots of extra treasures which I eventually resold. 17 years later this is still my full time job!
