    Fr. 1974-D * 1977 Star Note Error, Pre-Back Print Foldovers; Cutting Error - PCGS graded Extremely Fine 45.
    Great note for a starting star note error collector or to add to a star note collection.
    The D4 Plate position puts this note at the bottom level of the sheet, it may or may not have a mirror note that was next to it and cut and packaged also.how this error made it passed quality control is beyond belief. take a look and see if you can figure out how this happened.  note is much more impressive than the grade given. thanks for looking.
